By accessing tavorlune.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the store policies applicable to your use or transaction.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or submit an order.

To make a purchase independently, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence.

If you have not reached the applicable legal age, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Where customer account or checkout features are available, you are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate information.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or order information has been accessed or used without authorization.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weight, materials, pricing, and availability accurately.

Tavorlune™ offers pet supplies, including feeding essentials, walking accessories, interactive toys, and everyday comfort items. Materials, dimensions, care requirements, and intended uses vary by product. Please review the individual product description before purchasing.

Colors may appear differently because of photography, lighting, screen settings, or display calibration. Minor differences in finish, texture, dimensions, or weight may occur within the specifications stated in the product listing. Such differences are not necessarily defects. This does not affect your rights where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Where a product listing indicates that the pictured item is representative, the item received may not be visually identical to every product image. Product photography, lighting, screen settings, and material variation may affect perceived color and finish.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that the order request was received but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure or unsuccessful verification; suspected unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity; unavailable inventory; an obvious or material pricing or product-information error; legal or shipping restrictions; or an inability to fulfill or deliver the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices on tavorlune.com are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown.

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final order total.

By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable transaction.

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Applicable shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the applicable return requirements.

After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. Return-shipping and original-shipping treatment depends on the reason for the return.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, and shipping label where appropriate.

After the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return, or other reasonable solution at no additional cost for an error attributable to us.

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other offers. Discounts should be applied before checkout is completed.

Products must be used lawfully and in accordance with the applicable product description, care information, specifications, and safety instructions.

Tavorlune™ sells pet supplies for the uses described in the individual product listings. Products are not sold as veterinary or medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Select products appropriate for your pet’s size, age, needs, and behavior. Supervise use where appropriate, inspect products regularly, and discontinue use if an item is damaged or presents a hazard. Feeding accessories, toys, walking gear, and comfort products have different care and use requirements; follow the instructions for the item purchased.

Ceramic or other breakable items should be handled carefully. Do not allow a pet to swallow product parts or use an item beyond its intended purpose. General care descriptions do not guarantee a particular health or behavioral outcome.

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing, or commercial resale should contact us before placing an order so that availability and applicable terms can be confirmed.

Purchasing products for resale does not authorize any person or business to represent itself as an official Tavorlune™ distributor, agent, representative, partner, or authorized retailer without our prior written permission.

The Tavorlune™ name, branding, product presentation, website design, graphics, photographs, text, videos, logos, and other original website content are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by the store operator.

Protected website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, sold, manufactured, imitated, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization, except where applicable law permits such use.

Nothing on the website transfers ownership of our intellectual property or the intellectual property of a third party to a user. Where protected by applicable law, original product concepts and distinctive design presentations may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization.

A third-party link does not necessarily indicate that Tavorlune™ controls or endorses every aspect of that third party’s website or service.

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, transportation restrictions, labor disruptions, government action, customs delays, infrastructure failure, widespread technical outages, or similar events.

Where such an event affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate available information and provide an appropriate solution under the circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and store services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.
